DigiTech's GSP-7 guitar effects processor delivers 24 different digital and analog effects. Up to 8 effects are usable at once. This unit was a key part to Ben's guitar sound until recently. Though not much of an 'effects' player Ben favored this unit for the certain way it colored his sound. The only effects used were the 5-band Graphic EQ and the Amp Voicing simulator. The graphic EQ was set for something similar to the typical 'metal' V shaped setting. The amp voicing was set to Hi/Low boost which really helped the scooped mid sound Malhavok was known for.
